Guppy’s Mobile Alerts provides on-the-go customers added convenience! Once you've opted in to Guppy’s Mobile Alerts, you will receive special event alerts, updates and coupons right on your mobile phone.

How do I sign up for Guppy’s Mobile Alerts?

To subscribe to Guppy’s Mobile Alerts, text “GUPPYS” to 89887.

Is my phone able to support and receive alerts from Guppy’s Mobile Alerts?

Almost all cell phones allow you to send and receive text messages. If you'd like to confirm that your phone is text-enabled, please contact your cell phone carrier. Once it's confirmed that your cell phone is text-ready, you'll be able to receive alerts from Guppy’s Mobile Alerts.  Guppy’s Mobile Alerts are available only in the United States.

If I change carriers, but keep the same phone number, will I need to sign up again?

No. Once you sign up for Guppy’s Mobile Alerts you will stay in the program until you decide to end your participation.

Is there a charge for Guppy’s Mobile Alerts?

Guppy’s Good Times does not charge for participation in Guppy’s Mobile Alerts, but standard messaging charges may apply for all carriers. Please review your cell phone data plan for applicable text messaging rates.

How many alerts will I receive from Guppy’s Mobile Alerts?

Expect to receive up to 4 text alerts per month.

How do I stop receiving alerts from Guppy’s Mobile Alerts?

To unsubscribe from Guppy’s Mobile Alerts, text “STOP” to 89887.

Will my cell phone number be kept confidential?

Absolutely. Guppy’s Good Times respects your privacy. Your cell phone number will never be shared with outside parties. By opting in to this program, you will only receive alerts from Guppy’s Mobile Alerts.
